Customer Orders
Fresh broilers from Thika – delivered every Tuesday. Exclusively for restaurants, hotels, and wholesalers.
When is the order deadline?
Orders must be placed by Monday, 12:00 PM (noon) for delivery the following Tuesday. If an order is placed after Monday 12:00 PM, delivery will be scheduled for the Tuesday eight days later.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all registered business customers (restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, catering companies) within the greater Thika area and surrounding regions. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate during registration.
How does weekly delivery work?
If you select the "Weekly Delivery (Subscription)" option, your order will be automatically scheduled for delivery every Tuesday. You can manage or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account.
How do I pay?
We offer several convenient payment options: M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Please select your preferred method when placing your order.

Access Denied?
If you attempt to access an unauthorized section, you will be redirected with a friendly error message: "⛔ Access denied – You do not have permission to view this area. Please contact your administrator."

Defined User Roles & Access Rights
Each role at KukuBora Farms Ltd. is assigned specific permissions to ensure operational efficiency and data security within the Order Management system.
Admin
Management / System Administrator: Full access to all orders, subscription management, customers, settings, and visibility toggle.
Manager
Operations or Sales Manager: View, edit, change status, export; may not change user rights or system settings.
Dispatcher / Driver
Driver or Delivery Coordinator: View only "Confirmed" & "Out for Delivery" orders (read-only), set status to "Delivered".
Support
Customer Service: View orders, change status to "Confirmed", no deletion or exports.
Viewer / Restricted
External Users or Unauthorized Accounts: No access – section is completely hidden.
