KukuBora Farms Ltd. provides the production, processing, and delivery of broiler chicken to restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, and other business partners across Kenya and East Africa. All orders are processed based on availability, order volume, and agreed delivery schedules.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain services or products at any time, provided that ongoing contractual commitments are honored.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Use the website for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

5. Orders and Deliveries

Delivery days: Every Tuesday (unless otherwise agreed).

Payment terms: As stated on invoice or order confirmation.

Delivery areas: Primarily within Kiambu, Nairobi, and nearby counties; extended routes available on request.

All orders are subject to confirmation. We aim to deliver high-quality broilers under optimal storage and transport conditions.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may vary based on market conditions. Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa), or other approved channels. Invoices must be settled according to the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may incur penalties in line with the Kenya Contract Act (Cap 23).

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel or modify an order before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible except for:

Wrong delivery or damaged goods,
Proven quality issues due to production or handling errors.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

8. Product Quality and Liability

We guarantee that all products are handled under strict hygiene and biosecurity standards. However, KukuBora Farms is not liable for:

Improper storage or handling by the buyer after delivery,
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transport disruptions).

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of affected products.
